I just got this email and I couldn't be happier.
1. I'm in the loop on circus happenings.
2. I'm pretty sure that my good friend SAC must have proposed this new law. She was horrified when we went to the circus last year.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE the circus
For the LOVE! You cannot have a circus without elephants! What is SAC's problemo? A#1 I am super jealous that you went to the circus last year. A#2 I aspire to be a carni one day. A#3 Shouldn't congress be busy doing things other than ruining the circus?
This is a good thing. Those poor elephants. Brittany, the circus is freaky and unethical.
